April Showers with Girl Scouts

APRIL SHOWERSCadette Girl Scout Troop 974 is collecting items for April Showers 2013.  April Showers is a personal care items drive.  Did you know items people use for personal care cannot be bought with food stamps?  Please send items to your classroom where we will collect them and deliver to Oak Mountain Missions.

Pre School:  Diapers (sizes 4, 5, & 6) and Wipes

Lower Elementary:  Toilet Paper/Toothbrushes

Upper Elementary:  Paper Towels/Shampoo/Conditioner

Middle School:  Soap, Razors, Shave Cream

Field Trip forms due ASAP!

Classroom II and III sent home permission forms on Friday for our field trip to the children's theater.  Please return them as soon as possible (ASAP)!  We will be eating lunch at school, so sack lunches are not required this time.

It has been shared with us that the releasing of balloons is dangerous to the health and well-being of animals and the environment.  Therefore, any money collected will be returned.  Children will be notified Wednesday morning and we're sorry for any inconvenience.

School closing at 2:00 today and no aftercare - 4/11/13

Due to the possibility of bad weather, school is closing today, 4/11/13, at 2:00 and aftercare will not be provided.
