Week in Review: March 3-7

We had wonderful week in Lower Elementary! We were busy at work!

For language jobs this week,  First grade students worked on quarterly reviews, took STAR reading tests, and reviewed rhyming words.  Second grade students worked on quarterly reviews, took STAR reading tests, and reviewed plural possessive nouns.

For math jobs this week,  First grade students completed quarterly math reviews, took STAR math tests, and reviewed measurement (using a ruler to measure in inches). Second grade students completed quarterly math reviews, took STAR math tests, and reviewed measurement by finding the perimeter of different quadrilaterals.

Our third grade students returned on Wednesday proclaiming their trip to Camp McDowell was "awesome!" Check back soon for pictures and a blog post written by a "special guest".

Next week, students will be busy at work reviewing lessons and presentations from the third quarter. We look forward to another great week!
